Fat Tuesday, also known as Mardi Gras, is a massive event that everyone needs to experience at least once in their lifetime. If you are driving from the East coast then try to stop off at the Mardi Gras Trading Post that is located between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. I don't remember the exact location but you can see it from the I-10 highway. It's a lot more inexpensive to buy your beads outside of New Orleans. Look at the damn crowd on Bourbon St.! There are so many people at Mardi Gras that sometimes you can just lift your legs up and let the crowd carry you. Make sure you keep your wallet in your front pocket because just like at every other big gathering there are pick pockets. Don't be too envious of the people up on balconies. I think you can have a lot more fun down on the streets with all the sloshed girls of all ages wanting to get naked for cheap plastic beads. Mardi Gras isn't the only event in New Orleans where you can see tits and ass on the streets. Jazz Fest is another large, yet less crowded, event. Whatever time of the year you go to New Orleans you can usually always see some tits on Bourbon but once you see enough, you'll get hungry. The Lucky Dog vendors on the streets are quick, cheap and delicious. I recommend you get your hot dog with chili just watch our for that ass cannon later on.
